Powder Feeder (Screw Feeder) is an equipment used for transferring or dosing of powder, granules, fibres. Many types of powder feeders are available based on various needs of different industries.
Horizontal Screw Powder Feeder and Inclined Screw Powder Feeder are supplied by us to be used for accurate and controlled dosing of powder additives based on process requirement.
Entire system consisting of Powder Hopper, Vibrator (for sticky material) , Pneumatic Agitators, Load cell based Loss In Weight system for Proportionate dosing, Screw conveyor, Rotary Air Lock Valve (RALV) , Control panel with AC Speed drive to regulate powder feed flow are also supplied and installed by us in many industries. .
If required the entire system with screw conveyor will be integrated to a Load cell based control logic which will be integrated to main cement mill for accurate proportionate dosing.
The system is easy to assemble and handle at site . Based on feed requirement , control room has to generate proportionate signal so that accurate Powder dosing or Fibre dosing / Granule dosing .
MOC of Powder Feeder can be of SS 304, MSEP etc . Any special MOC if required by client can also be supplied.
