Motor fitted Plunger (Piston) dosing pumps are generally preferred for high pressure or high viscous chemical or High Temperature applications apart from General Industrial applications. These Types of Dosing pumps are available ready stock in multiple flow / pressure combination with flow rate from 1 LPH to1500 LPHwith Wetted parts / Liquid end MOC of SS316.
In Plunger pumps, flow is regulated thru Control knob fitted on the pump or thru AC Speed Drives when ever automatic control is needed. These pumps work on worm gear reduction and Plunger movement principle. These pumps can also offered with single or multiple Liquid ends. The plungers are made of high quality SS 316 of other special material, which makes it very rugged and durable.
Plunger pumps are best suited for metering applications from 10 LPH to 6000 LPH and Pressure rating of 400 Bar. The pumps are supplied with Motor suitable for a electrical supply of 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz. However motor suiting for any other specific electrical rating such as 380 Volt 3 Phase , 230 Volt Single Phase, 60 Hz etc can also be fitted.
If any different MOC or higher flow rate , Discharge pressure is required , same can also be provided as per requirement. These pumps are supplied with in built flow controlling knob.
These pumps are available in different followed automation versions as per user requirement.
