These dosing pumps comes fitted with motor. Motorised Diaphragm Dosing pumps are available ready stock in multiple flow / pressure Combination with flow rate up to 3000 LPH and Discharge pressure up to 12 Bar .
In these Motor driven dosing pumps , flow is regulated thru Control knobs fitted on the pump or thru AC Speed Drives when ever automatic control is needed. These pumps work on worm gear , worm shaft reduction and diaphragm movement principle. These pumps can also offered with single or multiple Liquid ends. The diaphragms are made of high quality EPDM with moulded in steel core and liquid contact surface is always of Teflon material, which makes it very strong and durable.
Based on Dosing chemical suitability , these pumps with Liquid Chemical contact parts (Wetted parts) in different MOC of SS316, PP, PVC, Teflon are available ready stock. If any different MOC or higher flow rate , Discharge pressure is required , same can also be provided as per requirement. These pumps are supplied with in built flow controlling knob.
